Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is a targeted approach to relieving pain, restoring movement, and supporting long-term wellness. Each session is customized to your specific needs, utilizing modalities such as Trigger Point Therapy (TrP) and Myofascial Release (MFR).

Whether you’re managing chronic pain, experiencing physical tension, or navigating daily stress. Therapeutic massage is both restorative and strategic, helping your body heal while promoting relaxation and improved physical function.

Relaxation Massage

Swedish Massage is the most common massage modality in Western culture. This type of therapy is known for its relaxation effect, activating the parasympathetic nervous system - “rest and digest.” This technique targets the nervous system and soft tissue using a combination of gliding strokes and kneading.

Relaxation Massage is a complimentary aide in soothing anxiety and stress, managing chronic pain and supporting well being.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a specialized form of bodywork tailored to safely support the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy. This is a great way to promote relaxation and alleviate pain at any point during pregnancy.

Side line positioning will be applied for all Prenatal Massages.

Oncology Massage

Oncology Massage is a specialized, gentle form of bodywork tailored to manage cancer symptoms and treatment side effects, such as pain, nausea, fatigue and anxiety. This uses modified, light-pressure techniques to safely accommodate bone fragility, blood clots, surgical sites, and medical devices. It is safe during all cancer stages, from diagnosis through survivorship.

When booking, select 30 or 60 minute Relaxation Massage.

Mobile Massage

Mobile Massage sessions are received in the comfort of your home.

Adaptive Mobile Massage

Adaptive Therapeutic Massage is appropriate for individuals who are:
• recovering from surgery or illness
• limited in mobility
• receiving in-home supportive or palliative care

This service does not require transfer to a massage table. Sessions are performed in the position that is safest and most comfortable for the client — whether in a bed, chair, or other supportive setting.

This approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and individualized care. The goal is not simply relaxation, but meaningful therapeutic support delivered within each client’s functional abilities.

Adaptive massage sessions are booked by time rather than choosing a specific modality.
